EPIC Recruit are looking for a HR Manager Responsible for leading the site's HR team, providing HR expertise and support for a Engineering Technical Centre.
The role has overall management responsibility for the following:
Member of the Plant's senior management team contributing to the strategic development of the manufacturing plant and the delivery of financial and business targets.
Responsible for all site HR activities including health and safety, payroll, compensation & benefits strategy and admin, headcount reporting, ex-pats, support services
Point of contact for trade union dialogue, industrial relations, culture, discipline and performance management.
Delivery of all headcount management programmes and initiatives.
Development and implementation of training and development strategies.
Retention and career development plans for key individuals and high potential employees.
Delivery of recruitment and selection plans to meet hiring needs for the site.
Development and Implementation of policies and practices to ensure improved performance and absence standards.
Ownership of site communications.
Management and monitoring of the HR budget
The ideal candidate will be fully CIPD qualified with at least 5 years experience within HR.
Proven track record of managing a diverse and multi-functional site.
Commercially focused with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Strong labour relations background.
